Hinopak has once again successfully delivered 25 Dedicated CNG buses to the City District Government Karachi (CDGK). This is a positive addition to the 25 Hino CNG buses already running flawlessly and hassle-free with the CDGK since June 2009. The new fleet of Hino CNG buses were inducted at the inauguration of the new CNG bus terminal established in Gulshan-e-Zia, Orangi Town, which was inaugurated by the Honorable City Nazim, Syed Mustafa Kamal. With the addition of this new fleet, Hinopak has provided a total of 50 buses so far in the city under the CNG Bus Pilot Project.

 The City Nazim said that the CNG bus pilot project was launched with 50 CNG buses. The CDGK had procured 25 CNG buses each from Hinopak Motors and another company but, the other company’s buses soon developed technical problems, and therefore Hinopak’s buses were preferred for the new fleet. The event was attended by the representatives of the local government and people from all walks of life. Hinopak was represented by Mr. Irfan Shaikh, Director Sales & Marketing, Hinopak along with his dedicated team. The City Nazim and Mr. Irfan Shaikh travelled on the first Hinopak CNG bus from the terminal, symbolizing the official commencement of the terminal operations.
